    About NZ DOG BOX

    NZ DOG BOX is a monthly subscription box for your dog. It includes five to six randomly selected natural dog treats and premium products all carefully selected by dog scouts and delivered to your door step every month. Our team will carefully choose products each month to match your dog's size and conditions. The products will change every month to give variety to your dog and introduce new products. 

    It's a surprise! We always keep monthly selection mystery. Only products that have passed NZ DOG BOX HQ quality control (done by NZB HQ canine testers & vet professional) are included in our selections. 

    The most important thing we look for when choosing a product is the well-being of your dog. Our treat vendors only use natural and premium ingredients from around the world. We prioritise products that are safe to your dog and also to the environment. 

    About Subscription

    We provide bargain prices for our subscribers.

    • One month subscription is $48

    • Three months subscription is $135 (This is equivalent of $45 per box)

    • To rural areas, extra $5.50 shipping cost will be charged

    No, the products will vary with small, medium or large size dogs. We also customise the selection based on the information you provide us (e.g. allergies). 

    Yes, you can change your dog size. Just let us know before 10th of the month so we can  pack your NZ DOG. BOX with updated information.

    Yes, you can order many boxes as you want and pay them all at once or separately in your shipping & billing section. To pay all at once, you will need to select the next box by clicking subscribe box and choose the options prior to fill out shipping & billing information. You can check an order summary on top left side of billing page before payment. For further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. 

    Of course, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account in our website and edit 'Your subscription(s)' to 'Cancel Subscription'. Once your subscription is cancelled, your next renewal will stop. If you have any remaining subscriptions, you will not receive refund and we will ship your remaining NZ DOG BOX left in your subscription. 

    You can pay with credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express. 

    You will be billed upon sign up and your plan will automatically renew on the 10th of the month. 

    We apologise any inconvenience caused from faulty or damaged items. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy in Terms and Conditions. 

    YES, if you need to skip your next renewal and do not wish to cancel the subscription, you can easily skip the next renewal by login to your account and select ‘Edit’ button to ‘Your Subscription(s)’ section. On top right of the page, click ‘Skip Next Renewal’ button. Your subscription will skip one cycle of your selected plan. You can easily un-skip the renewal if you wish to continue your subscription. 

    Once you sign up with NZ DOG BOX, you can update and change your details and subscription type through your account page. 

    ‘LOGIN’ to your account and you can edit the following sections:

    •  Account Settings – name, e-mail and set new password

    •  Shipping Address – shipping address and contact number

    •  Credit Card – credit information

    •  Your Subscription(s) – choose new product, new subscription term, skip or un-skip next renewal and cancel subscription.

    About Shipping

    Free standard shipping. Additional $5.00 shipping fee for rural area. 

    We will ship out your first NZ DOG BOX order within 1-5 business days. For recurring orders, NZ DOG BOX will be shipped out on 18th of each month. If the 18th is on weekends, it will be shipped out on the following Monday. If you have other preferred date, please let us know at Once NZ DOG BOX is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to your email. Sometimes the email can get into spam or junk mail folders. Please check all of your email folders. You should receive your NZ DOG BOX within 1-5 business days from the shipment notice email. Otherwise, please contact us if you think your NZ DOG BOX is missing. 

    You can update your shipping address by log in to our website. It is very important to provide us with correct and updated shipping address. Please ensure your address is updated by 15th of the month for correct delivery. For returned NZ DOG BOX due to outdated address, we charge additional shipping cost to re-send. We are not responsible for delays or loss of NZ DOG BOX due to outdated information. 

    No, we do not at this stage. However, our aim is to cover Australia in the future.
