How much is NZ DOG BOX?

We provide bargain prices for our subscribers.

• One month subscription is $35

• Three months subscription is $99 (This is equivalent of $33 per box and you receive 5.7% savings)

• Six months subscriptions is $180 (This is equivalent of $30 per box and you receive 14.3% savings)

• To rural areas, extra $5.50 shipping cost will be charged.


Do products in NZ DOG BOX same for all type of dogs?

No, NZ DOG BOX will include equal value of products for all type of dogs. The products will vary with small, medium or large size dogs characteristics with additional conditions such as allergies when you provide us with the information.


Can I change a dog size during subscription?

Yes, you can change your dog size for your preference, just let us know before 10th of the month. Our standard box shipment date is 18th of month.


How to subscribe NZ DOG BOX?

Once you are in our website, just click on subscribe box button in menu above. First, choose your delivery area, then select the size that best describe your dog and choose monthly plans. Once you’ve done all that just let us know about your dog and fill out the shipping and payment information. And just relax and enjoy our monthly surprise with your dog.


Can I order two or more boxes?

Yes, you can order many boxes as you want and pay them all at once or separately in your shipping & billing section. To pay all at once, you will need to select the next box by clicking subscribe box and choose the options prior to fill out shipping & billing information. You can check an order summary on top left side of billing page before payment. For further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.


Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course, you may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account in our website and edit 'Your subscription(s)' to 'Cancel Subscription'. Once your subscription is cancelled, your next renewal will stop. If you have any remaining subscriptions, you will not receive refund and we will ship your remaining NZ DOG BOX left in your subscription.


How can I pay for my subscription?

You can pay with credit cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


When will I be billed?

You will be billed upon sign up and your plan will be automatically renew on the 10th of the month.


What if I receive faulty or damaged items?

We apologise inconvenience caused from faulty or damaged items. Please refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy in Terms and Conditions.


Can I skip my next renewal?

Yes, if you need to skip your next renewal and do not wish to cancel the subscription, you can easily skip the next renewal by login to your account and select ‘Edit’ button to ‘Your Subscription(s)’ section. On top right of the page, click ‘Skip Next Renewal’ button. Your subscription will skip one cycle of your selected plan. You can easily un-skip the renewal if you wish to continue your subscription.


What controls do I have with my account?

Once you sign up with NZ DOG BOX, you can update and change your details and subscription type through your account page. 

‘LOGIN’ to your account and you can edit following sections:

•  Account Settings – name, e-mail and set new password

•  Shipping Address – shipping address and contact number

•  Credit Card – credit information

•  Your Subscription(s) – choose new product, new subscription term, skip or un-skip next renewal and cancel subscription.
