It's a surprise! We always keep monthly selection mystery. Only products that have passed NZ DOG BOX HQ quality control (done by NZB HQ canine testers & vet professional) are included in our selections. Usually each NZ DOG BOX includes 5-6 of natural treats, premium toys and high-quality accessories. 

We curate our selections based on the three factors - Quality, Safety and Satisfaction. When a product passes our quality and safety check and meets our canine testers' satisfaction, it is finally added to our selections. 

Of course, you can! Just don't forget to do it before the monthly renewal date (the 10th). 

Yes! Skipping renewal is for when you don't want to cancel subscription, but want to have/need a break from NZ DOG BOX. For example, when you have too much treat or toys, any unseen circumstances came up or going away. 

We will ship out your first NZ DOG BOX or one-off boxes within 1-5 business days. For recurring orders, NZ DOG BOX will be ship out on 18th of each month. If the 18th is on weekends, it will be shipped out on the following Monday.
